Blog backgrounds

I love everyone's cute backgrounds. How do I do that? Is it easy to switch and it not ruin all of your formatting? Someone out there teach me please!- Tiff

    If your familiar with digital scrapbooking you can do that too...it's a pain but you can make your own!
