Taekwondo

For Christmas, JJ's Gammy gave him the gift of "karate".  JJ had a friend at school who was in karate and really "strong" and a "tough guy", so JJ just couldn't let go of the idea of wanting to try it out.  In January JJ started taking Taekwondo because there was a place close to us that we really liked.  He had to do a few individual sessions with just the Master and then he could start classes.  After a few classes he would "earn" his white belt, which really is just the initial belt that you don't have to earn at most other places.  It was so fun to see his excitement and pride though. He has enjoyed every second of his classes and we are so grateful to Gammy for helping us give JJ this experience!
